Also this gig was great! I think it was not to fast to see them again, but the experience was different than yesterday. Because then it was special because it was a long time ago I saw them. This night the hall was opened earlier than yesterday. It was less busy than yesterday. And we thought that it would be busier.
The stage was smaller than yesterday's. The fog generator was set on the stage near Alison. This was not very helpful to her, as she already showed early signs of a cold (with an occasional cough). However, it did not affect her performance much, since she sounded as clear and beautiful as ever!
I occurred to me that the public which visits Cranes' concerts is very diverse. Myself, I have a gothic/metal background, and there were others in the crowd whose clothes revealed some metal affinity too. But there were also people who seemed to be more punk-oriented, and we spotted people with all other kinds of backgrounds as well (at least, judging from their appearance). At first, we were a bit surprised about this, but then we realised that there realy is not a pre-defined "category" to which Cranes' music belongs, and hence it can be appealing to lots of different people. People who have at least one thing in common: they know how to appreciate good music! :-)
