There have been no official Cranes video releases to date. However, videos are known to exist, and have been spotted on various promotional in-store videos, and other video compilations.

Mark Francombe has contributed to the videos by directing 5 of them, Inescapable, I Hope, Tomorrow's Tears, Adoration, and Everywhere.



Official Releases
A 1990's Portsmouth Compilation called 20 Framed Beats features the video for Shining Road, and a brief clip of Alison from an earlier Portsmouth gig. The video also includes a track by Uncle Ian, Marks old band.

In-Store Promos
  • Shining Road also appeared on the 1997 UK video compilation 20 Framed Beats, a portsmouth compilation album distributed by Sessions Magazine. It also contains a track by Uncle Ian.
  • Shining Road was released on RetailVisions 1995 instore promo Alternavision Vol 47
  • A Loved era promotional video 1994, exists that contained four tracks : I Hope, Adoration, Tomorrow's Tears(?) & Shining Road. Dedicated/Arista ARV-460 Promotional Copy 1994, that contains Shining Road.
  • Jewel appeared on BMG Canada's promotional video I Like To Watch! released in the spring of 1995, although many of the tracks are by R&B artists. The Cranes video appears between Chapterhouse's We Are The Beautuful, and Cowboy Junkies The Post.
  • Everywhere was on a 1993 instore promotional video.
