Alison contributed vocals to Michael J. Sheehy's 3rd album which is untitled at this time. The song which Ali has contributed to is "Dark Country Moment." From Michael's website:
"Michael has just completed work on his 3rd album. As yet untitled, the album was recorded and mixed at Eastcote studios in London with contributions from members of Paddy Wan 'ash, Suzanne Rhatigan, Alison Shaw (of the Cranes) and Simon Raymonde (of the Cocteau Twins) amongst others. The album will be released at the end of September and preceded (sic perhaps) by a single 'One Way Donkey Ride Straight To Hell' at the end of May. Michael has descibed the album thus: 'the most direct and strongest songs yet.....as you'd expect it's pretty dark but it's also uplifting and funny'"
