Side One Track three, Side Two Tracks One & Four were all recorded by Jim Shaw at Fame Evil (Jim and Alison's late Eighties recording studio - the musical birthplace of Cranes). Steve Austin was stage technician and occasional bass/keyboard player for Cranes around the time of the 'Loved' L.P.' live shows. Twelve 88 Cartels' songwriter Simon Pointon rents a room in Mark Francombes Southsea flat (though Mark lives and works in Oslo now). There was a live show to promote the record at the Portsmouth Guildhall. It was Cranes DEBUT live show.
